Anxiety and Insomnia

I have major insomnia and have been taking medication to help me sleep at night but even then - it can't seem to do the job. I've been on the lowest dose of multiple medications as possible because I'm concerned about my health but at the same time what should be helping me sleep just makes me sleepy and I end up still staying up.

I take this at night before I go to bed and do some stretching routines and it really helps me out. Not only does it make me relax, but I feel like it somehow also helps my joints because I have really painful joints especially at night and it's one of the biggest reasons of why I stretch every night. What used to be a painful routine for me has been very pleasant and it really does help me sleep. While I wouldn't say it's a cure for insomnia and anxiety, it has definitely helped me so much in relaxing. I still treat this like medication and I only take it when I need it which is when I'm feeling extra stiff and inflamed or when I really am anxious and stressed and need a good nights rest.

I don't think I would recommend taking this if you know you will have to get up in a couple of hours because you might wake up sleepy/cranky. I'd say plan accordingly on what time to take it to relax/get ready for bed. It could become a great catalyst for reforming your nightly routine and helping you reclaim your sleep cycle back - I'm hoping this will be the case for myself.

Amazing! Helps with fibromyalgia.

These capsules are amazing. I have Fibromyalgia, which includes a lot of muscles pain - especially my shoulders. These capsules help tremendously. They ease my muscle soreness so that I can move with ease during the day and lay down in bed comfortably at night.

Also, I appreciate the fact that they don’t have THC.
