2. Fill the bathtub with warm water. If you are in the mood for a bath bomb, drop the CBD bath bomb and soak yourself in it! Each 8oz bath bomb contains 100 mg of broad spectrum nano CBD. If you want to easily adjust the amount of CBD, you can always go with the bath salt. Scoop desired amount of bath salts into a warm bath. Allow salts to dissolve, then soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes. One heaping scoop of CBD Living Bath Salts contains 7 mg of CBD.

I love these CBD soaps. Not only do they smell good and get you clean, they leave a silky, smooth feeling on your skin. When I in pain from fibromyalgia or arthritis pain. A hot bath and this soap takes the edge off so I can sleep. Worth every Penny!
