How to use

There is no better way to unwind and de-stress after a long day than a calming and relaxing spa at home.

1. Start with a shower with the CBD soap. 

2. Fill the bathtub with warm water. If you are in the mood for a bath bomb, drop the CBD bath bomb and soak yourself in it! Each 8oz bath bomb contains 100 mg of broad spectrum nano CBD. If you want to easily adjust the amount of CBD, you can always go with the bath salt. Scoop desired amount of bath salts into a warm bath. Allow salts to dissolve, then soak in the tub for at least 20 minutes. One heaping scoop of CBD Living Bath Salts contains 7 mg of CBD.

3. Finish your at-home spa with the CBD lotion to keep your skin moist.

Lavender Bath Bomb

Bather's rejoice!

Take it from someone with very sensitive and dry skin with arthritis. These bath salts and bombs - I use lavender or coconut lime - are the best I have found after a year of searching and trying many products.

I no longer need to put lotion all over before I dress. A 20 minute bath in these salts with CBD solved the dry skin and starts or ends my day with happy joints.

I only use the lavender if I bath/soak in the evening. The bombs dissolve very quickly.
