I've been applying this to my pinky finger that was very swollen and not able to bend very far and boy has this helped! The swelling is almost completely gone and I can make a fist again! I still have some pain and stiffness, but nothing like what I had. I've been very religious about putting it on twice a day and that's the only thing I've been using, so I'm very pleased.
