You can use the CBD suppositories safely rectally or vaginally by insertion, as recommended for your care.

To Use CBD Living Suppositories Rectally:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using your CBD suppositories.
2. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired.
3. Lie on your side with your lower leg straightened out, and your upper leg bent forward into your stomach. Lift upper buttock to expose the rectal area.
4. Carefully insert the pointed end of one suppository into the rectum, past the sphincter. A water-soluble lubricant such as K-Y Jelly may be used if desired. Do not use suppositories with petroleum-based jelly (such as Vaseline).
5. Leave the inserted CBD suppositories in place.

6. Rewash hands and rest for 20 minutes before any activity to avoid suppository oil slippage. 

To Use CBD Living Suppositories Vaginally:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before using your CBD suppositories.
2. Put on a finger cot or disposable glove, if desired.
3. Get in a comfortable position and carefully insert the pointed end of one suppository into the vagina as far as it goes without causing pain or discomfort. Do not use cbd suppositories with petroleum-based jelly (such as Vaseline) or latex-containing products.
4. Rewash hands and rest for 20 minutes before any activity to avoid suppository slippage.
